Refund Policy

  • Double check square footage quantity needed before you place an order. You can usually get more but returns are costly. Add in 5-10% for waste, cuts, installer damages, accidents, etc.


  • All Merchandise must be paid for before it can leave the facility, be shipped or delivered.
  • All payments are to be made directly to Sled Dog LLC regardless of the payment method.
  • Customers are required to pay Texas Sales Tax on every order unless they provide a Sales Use & Tax Resale Certificate. Certificates will be validated and must be active.
  • We are able to immediately release an order when payment is made by Zelle, Cash (Exact Change), or Cashier’s Check.
  • Checks are handled on a case by case basis. Returned checks incur a $35.00 return check fee.
  • Credit/Debit card (with 3% fee) for under $5,000 order, over $5,000 requires approval.


  • Returns considered on stocked material only.
  • Returns must be pre-approved prior to returning the material to the facility.
  • Returns must be requested and returned to the facility within 15 calendar days of the invoice date.
  • Boxes must be UNOPENED, brand new and in resellable condition. Do not re tape boxes, write on or otherwise alter the original condition of the box, doing so disqualifies box(es) and/or molding from being returned.
  • Molding must be unopened, brand new and in resellable condition.
  • Once a Return Authorization has been created it cannot be altered. Be precise when asking for a Return Authorization. State exactly how many boxes and/or molding you are requesting to return.
  • 15% Restocking fee applies on all returns effective July 1, 2022
  • Shipping, Delivery & Credit Card fees are non - refundable
  • Refunds are in the form of a credit towards a future purchase.

Sled Dog Errors:

  • Sled Dog will make every effort to correct any error. An error created by Sled Dog personnel will supersede the return policy.
